These Terms apply to every individual who opens an account on sattai.net and accesses the platform where local law permits. They govern all activity from registration through to account closure, including all deposits, withdrawals, and any disputes that arise during that period.

Access to sattai depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. If online wagering is not lawful in your state or territory, you are not permitted to register or continue using the platform, and any account opened in violation may be closed by us without notice.

Disputes are first handled through our internal complaints process — raise the matter via email with as much detail as possible. If the matter is unresolved after our standard review period, the dispute may proceed to arbitration under the governing law stated in the full Terms document.
